These terms are an agreement between you and [OWNER LEGAL NAME] (“we”) for your use of the Prism app. By using Prism you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. What Prism is (and isn’t)
Prism calculates astrological charts, forecasts and timing suggestions from the birth details you provide. Astrology is offered for entertainment and self-reflection. Prism is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other advice, and you shouldn’t make important decisions based solely on it.
2. Your account
Prism creates an anonymous account when you first open it. You may link it to Sign in with Apple or Google to sync across devices. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the details you enter. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the app. Only add another person’s birth details if you have their permission.
4. Prism Gold subscriptions
- Prism Gold is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Prism account does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- We may change prices or features of Prism Gold. Price changes apply from your next renewal and the store will notify you as required.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Prism: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no automated scraping of our servers, no interfering with the service, and no using it to break the law or harm others.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Prism running but don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continuing to use Prism after a change means you accept it.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Prism is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be limited by contract.
8. Ending
You can stop using Prism and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
