Plans
Weekly, monthly or yearly.
The app shows each plan with its price in your currency. When a free trial is available, it comes with the yearly plan. The app tells you the date of the first payment.
Subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless you were told otherwise.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings after purchase.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Bought Gold before? Restore purchases on the Gold screen or in Profile.
Questions
How much does Prism Gold cost?
The App Store and Google Play set the prices, and they vary by country. The app always shows the current price in your currency before you subscribe. Gold is available weekly, monthly or yearly.
Is there a free trial?
When a trial is available, the yearly plan starts with it. The app says so clearly and shows the date of the first payment. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. In Prism, Profile → Manage subscription takes you there.
I changed phones. How do I get Gold back?
Install Prism and sign in with the Apple or Google account you used to subscribe. Then tap Restore purchases on the Gold screen or in Profile.
Does deleting my account cancel Gold?
No. The store charges for the subscription, not Prism. Cancel it in your subscription settings, before or after you delete your account.
