No. Prism creates an anonymous account the first time you open it. Your charts are saved without signing up. Link Apple or Google in Profile if you want your charts on another phone.

Before you change phones, link your Apple or Google account in Profile → Sync across devices. On the new phone, install Prism and sign in with the same account. We cannot move charts from an anonymous account that was never linked.

Profile → Export my data gives you a file with everything Prism stores. Profile → Delete account deletes it all. You can also ask by email from the delete-account page.

Yes. Choose “I don’t know”, and Prism calculates everything that does not depend on the hour. Your rising sign and houses need the time, so Prism tells you which parts are less certain. If you find your time later, edit the chart. A birth certificate often shows it.

Check the birth time and place in Profile → Edit profile. A few minutes or the wrong city can change it. Prism reads the time in the local time of the birthplace, including summer time in that year.

Yes. Your own chart is free. Adding a partner, friends and family is part of Prism Gold. Only add someone’s details with their permission.

They show how today’s planets affect your chart: Hard, Tense, Steady, Flow and Harmony. A Steady day is a normal day, not a bad one. The colours page explains each one.

Prism compares the sky with each person’s whole birth chart, not just the sun sign. So two people with the same sign usually get different days.

No. Astrology in Prism is for reflection and fun. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For important decisions, talk to a professional.

Each plan has a planet that tradition links to it, for example Mercury for contracts and Venus for dates. Plan scores the coming days by how the sky affects that planet and the related houses in your chart. It shows the best periods and the days to avoid.

For paperwork, purchases and publishing, tradition says to wait while Mercury is retrograde. Prism follows this rule for those plans only.
