Delete your Prism account
How to delete your Prism account and everything stored with it, in the app or by email.

A few taps, done in seconds
- Open Prism and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete.
We delete your account and data from our servers immediately. Prism then goes back to its welcome screen.
Without the app
Ask us by email
Send a deletion request from the email linked to your account, or include your Prism account ID. We confirm when it is done. This takes at most 30 days, and usually much less.
Or write to support@prism-horoscope.com with the subject “Delete my Prism account”.
What is deleted
- Your account, whether anonymous or linked to Apple or Google.
- Every birth chart saved in it: names, birth dates, times and places.
- Your forecast and Plan history and your subscription record with us.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google, and by our purchase provider (RevenueCat), for tax and accounting. Their own rules decide how long they keep them. They do not contain your birth details.
- Combined usage statistics (which features people use). They contain no birth details and are no longer linked to your account. Our analytics provider deletes them on its normal schedule.
- Server backups. We replace them regularly, so your data leaves them within about 30 days.
If you never linked an account
An anonymous account exists only on your phone and our servers. It contains nothing that identifies you. If you have already removed the app, we usually cannot tell which account was yours. Write to us anyway with anything you remember, such as when you installed it or the birth date you entered. We will do what we can.
Your Prism Gold subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Prism Gold subscription, because the App Store or Google Play charges for it. Cancel it in your store settings: how to cancel.
